ST. AUGUSTINE, FL. (Dec. 8, 2025) – Coldwell Banker Premier Properties is proud to announce the $3,625,000 sale of 410 Anastasia Blvd., an iconic restaurant location in the heart of St. Augustine.
Formerly Mellow Mushroom, the building will be the new home of Blackfly the Restaurant, which has served the community for nearly 14 years at 108 Anastasia Blvd. and will be shifting operations to the new location in early February 2026, according to Blackfly's Instagram. The current restaurant is developing a new location and will remain in the area.

A large commercial kitchen is fully equipped with hoods, grease trap, walk-in cooler/freezer, and ample prep space.
